Hi Everyone

What a great weekend for Cronulla Seagulls Cricket Club.

• Our Men’s B1 team won the Final, after easily finishing Minor Premiers;
• Our girls under 12 team, a joint venture with Caringbah Sports, won their Final;
• We have five junior teams make the Final this coming weekend:
o 10As (undefeated minor premiers)
o 10Bs (minor premiers)
o 12As (beat minor premiers in semi-final)
o 14As (came home like Kingstown Town after losing the first two games of the season)
o 14Cs (minor premiers); and
• Our 10Cs and 10Ds also made the semi-finals but were unlucky to lose on Saturday

Five teams out of nine junior teams in the Final is an extremely good result for our Club. In particular, I am really pleased by the performance of all four under 10 sides this season, as well as the fact we have three A grade sides in the finals.

Congratulations to all players, coaches and managers for such a fantastic achievement.

Grounds will be posted on MyCricket later today. Sunday is a reserve day in the event the weather in unkind on Saturday. I would like to see as many players, parents and supporters at the Finals this weekend supporting their Club and wearing their club cap please.
